What is the first step in your renovations?

You’ll have a phone call with one of our trained designers, so we can get an understanding of what your renovation requirements are and also get to know who you will be dealing with. At this stage, we can also estimate the approximate project’s costs.

What if I like what I hear?

Then a design appointment is organized where we either come to your home or you come into our design office. Most of the time we come to the client’s home to view where the renovation will take place. We can arrange to do this between the hours of 9.30 am & 7.30 pm, Monday to Friday ( with some Saturday appointments being available)

Do you provide 3D drawings?

Yes, we do & we have some of the best 3’D software available in Australia and we can show you exactly what your new kitchen will look like in a photo-realistic sense. This 3d viewing is organized once initial plans have been talked through and the fixed pricing has been approved.

How long does it take to build a new kitchen?

It generally takes between 4 – 6 weeks to proceed with the renovation on site but does depend on a number of factors. All dates are pre-scheduled in and very rarely change.

How long will I be without a kitchen during the renovation?

It takes us on average just 5 working days to do a straightforward kitchen renovation to the point where you can use your kitchen, the splashbacks take a bit longer and depending on if they are glass splashbacks or tiled splashbacks dictates how long that will be. Yes, you can choose to supply your own tradespeople, as long as they are experienced in the process but generally our clients like us to organise all.

What if I don’t know what I want?

Do you provide advice and supply kitchen appliances?

Yes, we have extensive knowledge on the best quality and value of all kitchen appliances in the Australian marketplace with competitive pricing.
